View Privacy Policy and the Specified Commercial Transactions Act

In order to always keep the personal information of our customers accurate and updated and to prevent the personal information from being accessed illegally, lost, corrupted, altered, leaked or otherwise, the Company will implement security arrangements to strictly manage the personal information in our possession, by taking all necessary measures, including maintaining the security system, improving the management structure and providing our employees with thorough education.

The Company will use the personal information supplied by our customers for the purpose of sending emails and materials as necessary in order to provide our customers with notices, offer information relating to our services or respond to inquiries from our customers.

The Company will manage the personal information supplied by our customers in a proper manner and will not disclose personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the subject of the relevant information except under the following circumstances:

• The customer’s consent to disclosure has been obtained;
• The Company needs to disclose personal information to a subcontractor to conduct the service requested by the customer; or
• Disclosure is required by laws and regulations.

When a customer requests to view, alter or delete his/her personal information, the Company will meet the request after verifying the identification of the customer.

The Company will comply with Japanese laws, regulations and rules applicable to the personal information in its possession and review and improve, from time to time, the content of the Policy as necessary.
