Welcome to Trampoline Park "trAmpoland"!!

Trampoland is an indoor leisure facility where even those with no trampoline experience can easily enjoy the thrill of floating, a feeling that cannot be experienced in everyday life.
Trampoland can be enjoyed by a wide range of customers, from children to adults.

*However, the trampoline is an inherently dangerous sport.Never attempt any unreasonable jumps.

Using the facilities

  • Children can use the Trampoland from their 3rd birthday, but children over 3 years old and under elementary school age can only use the Kids' Time or Kids' Area of each Trampoland.
  • You can wear normal clothes, but comfortable clothes are recommended.
  • For safety reasons, please be sure to wear Trampoland original socks. Available for purchase when using the facility for the first time (300 yen per pair)
  • Parking, air conditioning, changing rooms, lockers, and vending machines are available. (Shower rooms are not available.)
  • You can choose from 60/90/120 minutes. Please note that the time may be limited depending on the number of guests.
  • Please check the "Schedule" section on each Trampoland page for operating days and hours. Please note that some stores have times for exclusive use.

Concerning
the effectiveness of
trampoline exercise

  • NASA has published research that shows trampoline exercise to be 68% as effective as jogging.
  • Furthermore, NASA has published research that finds the trampoline to be the most effective exercise for astronauts returning from space to regain lost muscle and bone density due to weightlessness. (NASA study for Applied Physiology 1980
  • One need not do somersaults for the trampoline to be effective. As a result of subjecting the body to repeated weightlessness and up to five times body weight in a short period of time, it strengthens each and every muscle of the body, organs and cells, and it improves body alignment, flexibility, timing and balance.
